Activated carbon environmental protection box is a type of exhaust gas treatment equipment that is usually used in combination with other products. Its main function is spray treatment. Painting exhaust gas is generated from the painting workbench where workpieces are painted. Most of the paint sprayed by high-pressure air remains on the workpiece, and the rest is carried out with the exhaust gas to form paint mist and dust. The dust content is not high and the particle size is small, most of which are below 10mm. The paint mist outside the box enters the paint mist purification treatment box under the suction of the fan. The gas-liquid separator separates the gas and water. After separation, it walks into the box. During the walking process, it encounters multi-stage filter plates, and the paint mist and The filter plate makes full saturated contact, and the particulate dust mist is adsorbed by the filter plate. The remaining clean exhaust gas is filtered by the filter and then enters the activated carbon adsorption purification box. The activated carbon purification box uses the high-efficiency adsorption material activated carbon to absorb organic gases to purify the air. The activated carbon purification box is composed of an air inlet, an activated carbon filter section and an air outlet section. Organic waste gas enters the box from the air inlet, and the purified exhaust gas that meets the standard is discharged into high altitude through the fan and exhaust duct.
