2. An installation construction plan or operation instruction should be prepared before installation. The construction plan should be approved by the engineer, and the operation instruction should be approved by the technical person in charge of the branch.
3. Before installation, technical safety disclosures should be made step by step in accordance with the construction plan or operation instructions. The person making the disclosure and the person making the disclosure should sign on the disclosure record.
4. The wall panels have been transported to the construction site, stacked according to the number, and the wall panels are fully inspected according to the design requirements and specifications. The quantity, specification, model, thickness, appearance quality, etc. should all meet the requirements. Wall panels that do not meet the requirements should be returned immediately. Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from being used in projects.
5. Find the elevation according to the design requirements and pop up the horizontal line on the inclined beam. Accurately position the embedded parts according to the wall panel manufacturer's layout diagram, find the center line of the embedded parts, and pop up the line.
6. Check the quantity and specifications of chemical anchor bolts, steel plates, and angle steel, and they should meet the requirements for continuous installation.
7. The mechanical equipment used for installation has entered the construction site and has been inspected, repaired and maintained. It is in good condition and the tools required for wall panel installation have been prepared.
