XGJ850 - large-scale high-capacity flagship model
XGJ850 is the flagship high-capacity model of the XGJ series, with a ring die diameter of 850mm and an optional main motor power of 220/250/280/315kW. It has a stable output of 3.0-4.0 tons per hour and can reach 2.5-3.5 tons/hour when pressing coarse fiber materials. The weight of the whole machine is about 13 tons, and the overall dimensions are about 2560×1300×2400mm. The particle diameter that can be produced is 4-12mm, and the particle moisture is controlled at 10%-15%. The operating voltage of the equipment is 380V, and it adopts thin oil lubrication + air cooling system to ensure long-term stable operation.
As the most widely used main model, XGJ850 can process a variety of raw materials such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, construction formwork waste, sludge, etc., and is commonly used in 8-ton large-scale straw pellet production lines jointly used by 4 units-XGJ850. XGJ850 compresses loose biomass raw materials with an original density of only 0.1-0.13t/m³ into high-density pellet fuel with a density of 1.1-1.3t/m³. The calorific value can reach 3900-4800 kcal/kg, which can replace fossil energy such as coal and fuel oil.
