XGJ700 type - responsible for medium and large production capacity
XGJ700 ring die has a diameter of 700mm, main motor power of 160/185/200kW optional, stable output of 2.0-3.0 tons per hour, total machine weight of approximately 6.5 tons, and overall dimensions of approximately 2200×1800×1750mm.
This model is fully enlarged on the basis of the XGJ560. The ring die diameter is increased by 140mm and the production capacity is increased by about 50%. It can meet the core granulation needs of medium-sized and larger-scale production lines. Compared with XGJ850, energy consumption is more economical under the same production capacity, taking into account both efficiency and cost.
Applicable scenarios: Centralized feeding of medium and large biomass pellet fuel production lines, large and medium-sized feed processing plants, and industrial parks.
