1. The impeller is designed using three-dimensional flow theory, and flow analysis technology is used to predict the performance of the blower, making the variable efficiency as high as 82%.
2. The fan adopts axial air inlet guide vanes and diffuser adjustment device, and the flow adjustment range is 45% to 110% of the rated flow, making it operate with high efficiency under non-rated operating conditions.
3. It adopts an assembled overall structure. The blower body is assembled on the casing of the gear speed-increasing box. The lubricating oil system, motor and gear speed-increasing box are compactly arranged on a common base, which also serves as a fuel tank.
4. After strict dynamic balancing, the rotor has small vibration, high reliability and low overall noise. The moment of inertia is small, and the start-up and shutdown time of the unit are short. Compared with multi-stage centrifugal blowers with the same flow rate and pressure, it consumes less energy, is light in weight, and occupies a small area.
5. The fan has an advanced and reasonable structure, few wearing parts, and is easy to install, operate and maintain. The whole machine's bearing vibration, temperature, anti-surge control, start-up interlock protection, fault alarm, lubrication system oil pressure, oil temperature control, etc. are all controlled by programmable logic controllers, so that the operation of the whole machine can be monitored in real time.
