The air suspension fan is a centrifugal fan, a single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower with air suspension bearings, and a blower system with a single-stage compression structure, the centrifugal impeller is directly connected to the motor, and the frequency converter controls the speed to control the air volume.
Modular design, the compression section, frequency converter, and programmable controller (PLC) integrate and install optimized core technologies (air bearings, motors, impellers, etc.), making the operation stable and reliable.
Air bearing: When rotating, air flow will occur on the surface of the shaft, generating pressure and forming an air film. As the rotation speed increases, the shaft will float. Advantages: 1. No contact and friction, high efficiency; 2. No lubricating oil required.
Impeller: High-efficiency backward-curved impeller; optimized assembly technology improves efficiency and adjustment range; five-axis linkage CNC machining ensures accurate expression of design lines and excellent durability design.
Motor: In high-speed rotation, the latest self-circulating cooling technology ensures efficient operation; the simple design ensures excellent durability under working conditions; induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors are provided.
