Equipment introduction

The integrated crusher is composed of a machine base, a knife roller, an upper and lower feeding mechanism, a feeding device and a hydraulic buffer system. The integrated crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete wood crushing operations. When the hammer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the wood enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the wood, causing the wood to be broken. The comprehensive crusher is mainly used for crushing construction formwork, demolition materials, formwork and other materials. The main models of integrated crushers are: 1300-300 integrated crusher; 1300-600 integrated crusher; 1400-600 integrated crusher; 1650 integrated crusher.

The integrated crusher box produced by our company is processed after welding, and the feed roller is cast, which is wear-resistant, strong and resistant to impact; our knife roller is dynamically balanced and tested, and the knife roller is a full-body main shaft to ensure concentricity and is locked by a locking sleeve; the screen is cut from the entire plate; the main motor has current protection and the feed belt has frequency conversion. If the motor power is above 160kw, the electric control cabinet has a soft start.
