1. Working principle
Roots vacuum pump is a mechanical vacuum pump without internal compression. A pair of blade-shaped rotors in the pump chamber rotate synchronously and counter-rotatingly, and transport gas through pushing action to achieve air extraction; it needs to be used with a backing pump (such as a water ring, oil seal pump), the ultimate vacuum degree is higher and the pumping speed is more stable.
2. Core technology and performance
Precision manufacturing: The cavity shape line accuracy is ≤0.02mm, the rotor dynamic balance reaches G2.5 level, and the operation vibration is small and the noise is low.
Excellent material: The rotor and cavity are mostly made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, has a long life, and is suitable for acid, alkali and corrosive gas conditions.
Performance parameters: The ultimate vacuum degree can reach 1Pa (approximately - 0.099MPa), the pumping rate is 0.8–300m³/min, covering the needs of small to large vacuum systems.
Reliable and durable: The failure rate is <0.5% after 10,000 hours of continuous operation, suitable for 24-hour continuous production scenarios.
