The air suspension aerator is a centrifugal, oil-free, maintenance-free, ultra-quiet, energy-efficient and special aeration equipment for aquaculture. The core is air suspension bearing + high-speed permanent magnet motor, which replaces the traditional Roots blower. It mainly saves 30%+ of electricity, has high dissolved oxygen, and is intelligently controllable.
1. Core Principles
- Air suspension bearing: High-speed rotation forms a micron-scale air film between the rotor and the bearing, with zero contact, zero friction, and no need for lubricating oil.
- High-speed permanent magnet motor direct drive: no gearbox, the speed can reach 10,000rpm+, and the transmission efficiency is nearly 100%.
- Centrifugal air supply: The air flow is continuous and stable, and combined with nano aeration tubes/disks, it generates micron-sized bubbles and greatly improves the dissolved oxygen efficiency.
2. Main advantages (compared to Roots blower)
