Round nuts are fasteners with a round shape that need to be used with stop washers/cotter pins. The round structure is suitable for end-face installation of shafts and does not occupy radial space. It works with stop washers to prevent looseness and prevent axial displacement. It has high thread precision and precise positioning. Main uses

Mechanical shafts and bearing fixation: used for machine tool spindles, motor shafts, textile machinery shafts, pump valve transmission shafts, locking the inner ring of rolling bearings, preventing axial displacement during high-speed operation, and ensuring equipment operation accuracy.

Automobiles and construction machinery: used in automobile transmission systems, tractor shafts, and excavator hydraulic shaft components. The high-strength version with level 8 or above is anti-vibration and anti-loosening, suitable for long-term bumpy and heavy-load environments, and is a key safety component.
