Double-headed studs

Double-headed studs are cylindrical fasteners with threads at both ends and no threads in the middle. The polished rod section reduces stress concentration and makes the load more even. The threads at both ends can connect different components respectively, adapting to blind holes or scenes that cannot be installed from one end. The headless stud does not occupy surface space, is flexible in installation, and is easy to disassemble and maintain.

Main uses

Machinery and equipment manufacturing: used for motor bases, pump valve casings, machine tool box connections, suitable for thick shells or blind hole scenarios, high-strength models above 8.8 are used for heavy-duty components such as engines and gearboxes to facilitate disassembly and maintenance.

Construction and steel structure: used for connecting steel structure nodes, fixing curtain wall keels, and anchoring bridge supports. The hot-dip galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel models are suitable for indoor and outdoor environments and resist corrosion. The polished pole sections are suitable for structural deformation buffering.

Power and chemical industry: used for flange connection of transformer bases, transmission tower nodes, and chemical equipment. The high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant material model is suitable for special media or high-temperature working conditions. The threads on both ends connect the equipment and the foundation respectively.
