Articulated bolts
Articulated bolts (also known as fisheye bolts) are special-shaped fasteners with movable holes in the head. They need to be used with pins/cotter pins. They can adapt to the swing or angle changes of the connecting parts and avoid stress concentration in rigid connections. They are flexible to install and do not require precise alignment of angles. The hinged structure is anti-vibration and anti-falling, adapting to dynamic stress scenarios.
Executive standards: GB/T 798, GB/T 799, ISO 4032, ISO 898-1, ISO 3161, DIN 444, ANSI/ASME B18.8.1
Material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,
Performance level: 4.8, 8.8
Surface treatment: galvanized, blackened, chrome plated
Specifications: M6 to M 24. 1/4" to 3/4"
Main uses
Machinery and transmission equipment: used for connecting rods, tie rods, and hinges, such as suspension devices of agricultural machinery and tensioning mechanisms of conveyors, allowing components to swing and transmit tension.
Construction and hoisting equipment: used for scaffolding diagonal supports, hoisting accessories (such as lifting ring connectors), and curtain wall hinged nodes to adapt to small structural displacements or angle adjustments.
Ships and marine equipment: Stainless steel (304/316) models are used for ship deck fixing and hinged parts of offshore platforms to resist salt spray erosion and adapt to hull rocking.
General scenarios: used for fixing instruments and meters, furniture hinges, exhibition props connections, and fixing light components that require multi-angle adjustment or dynamic stress. The installation is flexible and stable.
