Anchor bolts

Anchor bolts are fasteners used to fix equipment and steel structure foundations. One end is embedded in the concrete/foundation, and the other end is an exposed connecting component. It has strong anchoring force and can transfer the weight of the equipment/structure to the foundation. After installation, it has high stability, resists vibration and displacement; it is adaptable to different foundation environments and has strong versatility.

Key points of appearance selection

Light load, simple fixed selection L Type or hook type, low cost and highly versatile.

For medium to heavy load and high pullout resistance requirements, choose the 9-shaped or welded type, which has better bite and stress performance.

If you need to insert components or install them flexibly, choose U-shape, which is suitable for pipes, steel and other scenes.

For precise positioning or secondary adjustment, choose the bottom plate type for higher installation accuracy.

Industrial equipment installation: used to fix the base of heavy equipment such as machine tools, motors, pumps, valves, compressors, etc. to ensure that there is no displacement or vibration when the equipment is running.

Construction and steel structure: used for anchoring the steel structure columns of factory buildings, bridge supports, tower crane foundations, and the bottom of curtain wall keels to transfer the structural weight to the foundation.

Power and transportation engineering: used for foundation fixation of transmission towers, communication towers, street lights, and anchoring of highway guardrails and railway track ancillary facilities.

Special scenarios: Stainless steel materials are used in corrosion-resistant environments such as chemical plants and ocean platforms; high-strength models are used in heavy-duty foundations such as heavy machinery and large storage tanks.
