1. Product Overview
The 4-ton gantry lift (gantry-type double-column lift) is the standard chassis maintenance equipment for auto repair stores and 4S stores. It has a rated load-bearing capacity of 4000kg and adopts double columns + top beam. The one-piece gantry structure and dual-cylinder hydraulic drive are specially designed to provide lifting operations for family cars, SUVs, small new energy vehicles, and light commercial vehicles. It is suitable for all types of maintenance projects such as oil change, chassis inspection, four-wheel alignment, tire replacement, and suspension repair.

3. Structure and hardware configuration
1. Integrated gantry frame
Thickened whole-plate bent columns + top through-beam, strong overall rigidity, no shaking when lifting; built-in hidden wiring of oil pipes and cables, neat appearance, avoiding pipeline damage from collision.
2. Dual-cylinder direct-drive hydraulic system
Double-side synchronized hydraulic cylinders, lifting smoothly and without interruption; built-in overload safety valve, automatic pressure relief when overloaded, eliminating the risk of cylinder explosion; transparent oil storage barrel, easy to visually check the hydraulic oil level.
3. Forced synchronous balancing system
Double steel wire ropes synchronously link the sliding platforms on both sides. The lifting and lowering of the columns are completely synchronized during the lifting process to prevent the vehicle from tilting or rolling over on one side.
4. Multiple safety protection mechanisms
- Mechanical fully automatic safety lock: automatically locks when lifted to the position, manually unlocks before lowering, and will not crash even if power is cut off or oil leaks;
- Mechanical top limiter: prevents the vehicle roof from being squeezed by excessive lifting;
- Emergency stop power button at the bottom of the column, one-click shutdown in emergency conditions;
- The support arm has a widened serrated locking block, which is firmly locked after bearing the load, preventing the support arm from slipping;
- The door anti-collision rubber pads on both sides of the column prevent the lift from scratching the car body paint.
5. Adjustable lifting component
Three-section telescopic rocker arm, the front and rear length can be adjusted freely; the spiral heightening support pad is suitable for different types of chassis, and the new energy vehicle chassis guard can also be stably supported.

There is no crossbeam on the top to block the chassis area. After lifting, there are no obstacles under the chassis. With the corner plate and locator, a complete set of 3D four-wheel positioning measurements can be directly completed. It is the preferred model for positioning stations.

The 4-ton load-bearing capacity covers fuel cars, hybrid/pure electric new energy SUVs, and MPV light commercial vehicles; the minimum low-level lift is 110mm, and supercars and low-riding models can be put on the shelves normally.

Patented wear-resistant slider structure makes it easy to replace accessories; the hydraulic system seals are standardized and subsequent maintenance costs are low; the whole machine has passed 115% overload and 150% static load safety tests, and will not deform after long-term high-frequency use.

It is divided into two styles: unilateral/bilateral manual unlocking. A single person can complete the lifting operation; the hydraulic lifting noise is ≤75dB, and the store operation is quiet and does not disturb people.

7. Key points for safe operation
1. It is strictly prohibited to lift large trucks with overload of 4 tons;
2. After the vehicle is put on the rack, the support arm must be adjusted to the designated support point of the chassis, and it is prohibited to lift plastic guards and oil pans;
3. Lift the vehicle 10cm off the ground and then shake the vehicle gently to confirm that the lock block is tight and the body is stable before raising the vehicle;
4. The equipment needs to be regularly checked for hydraulic oil, wire ropes, and safety locks. If there is any abnormality, it must be shut down immediately for maintenance.
